Masters or Bachelors in Accounting / Finance.
Candidate should have knowledge of basic accounting procedures, be open to learning, and have strong communication skills. Ultimately, able to achieve excellent customer service and maintain accurate financial records.
Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting principles.
Candidate must have experience in computer applications; especially MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook, with Accounting software books.
Candidates with strong initiative and are dynamic, self-committed, hardworking, quick learner & able to work independently are encouraged to apply.
Should have good written and spoken English and Bangla communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Ensure recording of transactions into books of accounts and relevant books.
Ensure daily collection in respective banks and MFS channels.
Perform collection reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
Perform month closing activities and preparation of Financial Statements (monthly/yearly).
Support year-end audit.
Ensure Regulatory reporting compliances.
Support vendor and other payments as per policy.
Support any other tasks assigned by Management.
