Responsibilities & Context
- Welcome guests by greeting and checking their details against their booking answering questions, responding to requests.
- Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as need.
- Assigning rooms to guests and inform any rules & policy given to the guest.
- Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys. Checking guests In-out, taking payments and returning deposits.
- Responding to requests for help and information.
- Maintain a positive attitude, friendly demeanor and professional manner.
- Liaising with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are available for check-in.
- Any other relevant task assigned by the management.
