Requirements

Education

Experience

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in HR functions, including knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, ERP software, and payroll management.
  • Industry experience in garments or textiles preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage people effectively.

Responsibilities & Context

The candidate should have extensive experience working with SLCP, WRAP, BSCI,  Traceability, GTW, CFW, GOTS, HIGGS, OCS, Better Works, RSC, and other relevant industry standards.

The candidate should also have a strong background in handling compliance issues related to buyers such as Inditex and Decathlon, particularly within the HR and Admin departments.

  • Update attendance software and ensure accurate monthly reports.
  • Generate salary sheets and pay slips, and manage final settlements, maternity benefits, bonuses, and leave encashments.
  • Assist in cash salary reimbursements for workers and staff.
  • Prepare annual salary adjustments and statements.
  • Prepare HR reports on resignations, new hires, and employee grievances.
  • Draft appointment, confirmation, and promotion letters.
  • Handle office notes, orders, and HR policy circulars.
  • Build effective relationships between management and employees.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and employee development.
  • Organize training programs and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Handle transfers, promotions, separations, and confirmations.
  • Coordinate orientation, exit interviews, and personnel file management.
  • Verify final settlements for resigned or terminated employees.
  • Monitor daily attendance and leave records using a shift-based system.
  • Promote a performance-based reward culture and reduce absenteeism.
  • Conduct team-building activities and improve employee motivation.
  • Ensure compliance with local/international regulations (safety, labor laws).
  • Conduct internal audits and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor requirements and conduct internal audits.
  • Maintain up-to-date regulatory documents and registers.
  • Implement training on the buyer’s Code of Conduct.
  • Facilitate safety, operational, and regulatory training.
  • Conduct in-house training programs and CSR activities.
  • Establish and enhance HR processes per management directives.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
