Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Social Science (MSS) in Public Administration
  • PGDHR from BIM candidates will be preferable for this recruitment procedures.
  • University of Dhaka,Rajshahi University,University of Chittagong students will get preference

Experience

  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • Candidate Job Location will be at South East Textiles (Pvt.) Ltd. -Expansion.
  • Candidate should have at least 05 Years experiences in the relevant field.
  • Candidate should have known about floor HR practices.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct whole recruitment and selection procedures of factory according to approved Manpower Requisition and SOP.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Ensure compensation and benefit rules and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee database for smooth HR operation.
  • Assist and implement performance management system.
  • Conducting Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, organogram preparation and other OD efforts.
  • Develop annual training calendar/plan based on training needs and undertake necessary activities to ensure the timely and effective implementation of it.
  • Maintain regular training reports and keep them available.
  • Provide or arrange classroom training, group sessions, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, mentorship/counseling/coaching sessions, and workshops as required and requested.
  • Handling disciplinary & grievance procedure, employee relation issues as per law & company values, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare and arrange issuance of various office circulation, internal memo, caution letter, work order etc.
  • To look after PF, health Insurance & keeping records of staff insurance and get it renewed in due time.
  • Update daily attendance in payroll software.
  • Assist in regular payroll operation.
  • Any other tasks entrusted by management.
