Experience

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Group of Companies, Gas, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

Responsibilities & Context

Responsible for daily and monthly attendance, overtime, employee leave management, compensation/ benefits, payroll, facilities, welfare etc.

Maintain the database of Factory Employees, employee’s personal file, departmental file, leave record and have to enrich organizational record system.

Ensure monthly salary disbursement and attendance management.

Making final payment, calculation overtime, annual leave and others.

Responsible for factory wastage and scarp management.

Drafting document, letter, advertisement, and dispatch and making different types of report etc.

Face all kinds of audits /make ready documents regularly.

Keeping harmonious relationship between management and employees.

Handling daily administrative activities.

To perform any other job assigned by Department Head.
