Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup, Advertising Agency, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

Responsibilities & Context
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding.
- Support workforce planning and ensure timely hiring to meet organizational needs.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel databases with accuracy and confidentiality assisted by in-house tech innovation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative functions.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and support a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.
- Manage office facilities, vendor relationships, supplies, and workplace maintenance.
- Organize internal events, employee activities, meetings, and company engagements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee experience, workplace culture, and organisational efficiency.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and support talent acquisition strategies.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns across relevant platforms.
