Responsibilities & Context

• Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources, to support the training programs.

• Design, develop and implement training programs, workshops, and learning materials tailored to diverse employee needs and learning styles.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales team members, covering topics such as product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling.

• Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members, helping them overcome challenges and improve their performance.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring an engaging and effective learning environment.

• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other evaluation methods.

• Arrange performance-based group training by scheduling step by step.

• Evaluate every person after training one by one and take necessary steps after evaluation.
