- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Engage in recruitment processes, from sourcing local candidates to deployment
- Conduct data analysis for HR metrics and reporting.
- Proficiently manage ERP software related to HR functions.
- Facilitate communication and engagement among employees.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Work for effective management and team building.
- Counsel the general issues like company rules regulation.
- Ensure floor visit to maintain hygienic and healthy environment
- Ensure buyers’ social compliance & audit related documentation update
- Arrange all kind of training programs and prepare training agenda
- Management for floor employees
