Responsibilities & Context
- Analyze and design layout of Man, Machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Identify statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.
- Implement various methods to minimize the cost against increase production efficiency of factory.
- Maintain coordination with production, merchandising department for smooth production.
- Implement strategic and operational framework development considering corporate objectives.
