Responsibilities & Context
Plan and process the procurement of IT resources and coordinate with the procurement department.
Oversee the maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
Install, configure & manage all devices in the access layer & ensure accessibility and integrity of system data.
Troubleshoot installed network, printer, IP phone, hardware, software, antivirus etc.
Ensure smooth operations of network, server & application availability of users.
User Access control (permission level, account security, new account, revoked access of resigned employees)
Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
Manage the lifecycle of the company’s IT assets, from procurement to disposal.
Monitor online security for users and networks and backup information and take appropriate steps to address security breaches if necessary.
Preparation of IT-related policy & Processes.
