Responsibilities & Context
- Check and verify RM consumption and sourcing procedure
- Check and verify RM reconciliation and post consumption
- Check and verify order closing and production and reprocess
- Check and verify productivity and capacity utilization
- Check and verify MMR and machine capacity utilization
- Find out the root cause/responsibility fixup for the short and delayed delivery.
- Non-production time and DHU checking
- Wastage controlling
- Any other task assigned by the HOD
