Experience in International Marketing Logistics/ SCM Commercial (International Business)

- Coordinate international customer orders, shipment plans, and delivery schedules with relevant internal departments.
- Liaise with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams for timely order execution.
- Prepare and verify export documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, courier companies, banks, and clearing agents for smooth export operations.
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to overseas customers, agents, and country managers.
- Ensure compliance with export procedures, customer requirements, Incoterms, and pharmaceutical logistics standards.
- Maintain order, shipment, documentation, and logistics cost trackers and prepare periodic reports.
- Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and logistics-related issues through effective coordination.
