Preparation of Man-machine report. 5s implementation, training, and auditing Minimizing defects using 7 QC tools.
Statistical analysis for continuous quality improvement.
Production planning and control, planning calculations Capacity study Production study Wastage reduction.
Manpower budget planning. CPM & CM calculation. Line cost calculation.
Floor capacity calculation. Reduction of WIP (work in process). Operator, line and floor efficiency calculation.
Implementation of lean manufacturing tools and Six Sigma. Manpower requisition and set up.
Eliminating excess manpower.
Improving productivity through a detailed process-wise analysis.
Co-ordination with merchandising.
