Additional Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in IT support and system administration.

Skills:

Proficient in troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and network systems.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and firewalls. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, including servers, NVR, DVR, networks, and endpoints.
Monitor and manage IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptimeAdminister user accounts, permissions, and IT resources.
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Support the maintenance of LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity.
Implement and maintain security measures, including antivirus, firewalls, and backups.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and service agreements.
Assist in IT-related projects such as new infrastructure development and infrastructure upgrades.
Support training sessions to improve end-user understanding of IT systems.
