Requirements
Education

- BBS/B.Sc in any discipline / BBA with a Minor in Information Systems or Similar
Experience

Additional Requirements
- 1 to 4 years experience in SAP S/4HANA. Operational hands-on experience in SAP PP, QM & PM modules is essential.
- Proven working experience in a similar role.
- Good reporting and communication capability
- Good Knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Good Knowledge of MS Office Applications
- A team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in SAP user support, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely support when required, especially for the PP, QM, and PM Modules of SAP.
- Provide support to users for SAP processes and maintain proper communication with the cross-functional teams for smooth business operations.
- Assist other team members in updating, editing, removing, and relocating for constant collaboration with the Finance department to ensure updated SAP Asset Register.
- Discover new functionality to improve continuous SAP operational activities.
- Constant and consistent compliance with local and corporate SH&E regulations and policies in daily work and responsible for reporting accidents, unsafe practices, and hazards to the immediate supervisor.
Job Context: To explicitly assist and support the SAP users of Chattogram offices to execute their business tasks effectively in SAP environment that includes managing and maintaining the master data of LOBP Plant, ensuring the SAP transactional entries of users, and supporting the IT operations of Plant.
