Responsibilities & Context

• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and procurement needs.
• Maintain communication with the inventory department and users to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and end users.
• Process purchase orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
• Track orders and follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Generate reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
