Responsibilities & Context
The Production Executive of Spinning is responsible for overseeing the production of yarn in a spinning mill. This includes ensuring that production targets are met, wastage is controlled, absenteeism is minimized, and housekeeping and cleaning standards are maintained.
- Achieve production targets by supervising and driving the production team to meet and exceed goals.
- Reduce end breakage by implementing strategies to ensure smooth production flow.
- Control wastage by ensuring proper machine operation and minimizing waste.
- Manage absenteeism through regular counseling and support for workers.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards by overseeing floor management to ensure thorough cleaning.
- Minimize machine idle time by promptly communicating with higher management to address and resolve issues.
- Facilitate worker training through scheduled sessions to enhance skills.
- Maintain accurate records in all sectional files for reference and reporting.
