Additional Requirements

Verify the quality of all incoming raw materials and determine their acceptance or rejection.
Inspect all packaging materials and decide on their acceptance or rejection.
Conduct development work in alignment with marketing requirements.
Ensure that coding parameters are verified for each coded packaging material prior to continuous operation.
Maintain product quality from intermediate stages to finished products, adhering to BSTI and in-house specifications.
Supervise the activities of all supervisors.
Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness across the entire facility.
Take necessary actions to resolve quality issues in any product.
Scan Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) for all products and email them to the Central Quality Head.
Report any abnormalities in daily online products and email the report to the Central Quality Head.
Report the weight of finished products online and email the report to the Central Quality Head.
Prepare all working instructions, including operating packing machines and wrapper coding procedures.
Any other tasks assigned by management
