Eastern Cement Industries Ltd. a sister concern of DOREEN is looking for dedicated and ambitious individuals to join our sales team in the roles of Executive to Senior Executive.
The responsibilities included:
- Achieve the sales target of cement as assigned by the respective reporting person.
- Actively engage with dealers, retailers, and customers to sell cement bags, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Regularly interact with dealers, retailers, and customers to obtain orders, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders to meet customer requirements.
- Follow company guidelines to ensure timely collection of payments from customers, minimizing outstanding receivables.
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed given sales targets.
- Take all necessary measures to create a potential market and identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers as well as customers and keep regular contact with retailers.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities to enhance cement sales and increase market visibility.
