Responsibilities & Context

• Develop procurement plans based on the requirements of the Maintenance Department.
• Source necessary materials for maintenance activities.
• Identify and select the most suitable suppliers.
• Prepare Comparative Statements (CS) and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery to support uninterrupted operations.
• Prepare invoices and submit them to the Accounts Department.
• Follow up on supplier payments to ensure timely disbursement.
• Source materials required for civil works.
• Prepare Comparative Statements and ensure timely delivery to support smooth civil construction activities.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the PIM (Project Implementation and Monitoring) team.
• Follow up on service goods and ensure timely delivery.
