We are seeking some dynamic and customer-focused and sales oriented individuals to join our team as a Call Center Executives. As the first point of contact for our esteemed customers, you have to contribute significantly to lead generation, customer satisfaction and overall business success.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to schedule appointments.
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to provide information about available properties and promotions.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
- Assisting the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and relevant customer information.
