Executive / Senior Machine Operator – Production, Baby Wipes

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐔𝐬:

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Operate Pant Diaper, Baby Wipes & Sanitary Napkin machines including machine settings, performing quality checks, and addressing issues if they arise during production.

• Ensure SOP-based operation for Diaper & Sanitary Napkin Machines.

• Maintain log book, and daily production data and ensured a high standard of housekeeping and hygiene in the department.

• Train up the junior operators and helpers to reduce the error of work to achieve production targets.

• Assist in controlling material usage to minimize waste and material costs.

• Keep records of production data, machine downtime records, utilization records, and raw materials consumption records and submit it to the supervisor to prepare reports.

• Operate the machine as per operating procedure manual.

• Ensure higher productivity with wastage control is a must.

• Maintain log sheet/log register/control sheet/glue spreading sheet on daily production.

• Ensure quality production from starting up to finishing and make necessary adjustment if needed.

𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

1. Experience in operating machines such as 𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬, 𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬, or 𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬.
2. 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐬 to perform simple inspections and make preliminary judgments on circuit-related issues.
3. (𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝) 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞 experience, which is advantageous for circuit maintenance and troubleshooting, preventing delays due to lack of circuit knowledge.
4. Must be 𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐬.
5. 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲.

Requirements

• Education: 𝐃𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐚 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 / 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 / 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 .
