Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Professional certifications in SEO, Google Ads, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm

Additional Requirements
- Age At least 24 years
- Excellent command of English communication (written & spoken) for international client handling.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager.
- Experience in lead generation and email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Client management skills with ability to present, negotiate, and maintain relationships.
- Strong team leadership capability to guide junior executives.
- Ability to bring measurable results in traffic growth, lead generation, and conversions.
Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.
- Conduct technical SEO audits (site structure, page speed, schema, etc.).
- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Linkedin Ads).
- Lead Generation: Create and execute strategies to generate qualified leads from international markets for CAD drafting, detailing, 3D modeling, Revit BIM, and Point Cloud services.
- Linkedin Marketing: Build and manage company presence on Linkedin connect with prospects, run targeted campaigns, and generate leads.
- Email Marketing: Develop targeted email campaigns for nurturing leads, client retention, and promotions.
- Manage social media content and engagement to grow brand visibility.
- Maintain regular communication with international clients via email, Linkedin and calls.
- Build client relationships and handle inquiries professionally to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Provide clear reporting and presentations to management and clients.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate with junior executives to achieve team goals.
- Track, measure, and report digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate with content, design, and technical teams to align SEO & marketing strategies.
