Additional Requirements

Responsible for all sewing sample machinery installation, commissioning and testing and follow up.
Maintain preventive/scheduled maintenance program in all sample machineries including sewing ironing, pressing to ensure smooth operation.
Have to be technical probiem-soiving knowledge for all types sewing and special garments production machineries.
Coordinate with other departments such as CAD, Sample, Industrial Engineering, Production, Quality for best machine support in his area.
Ensure schedule service of all sewing machines as planned Attend the pre-production and production meetings to understand the requirement and create the maintenance plan accordingly.
Manage availability of machines as per the sample production plan and oversee maintenance of equipment that may be required for sample development.
Ensure machines, spare, folders & mold availability during sample development Control NPT and line feeding gap by working proactively/pre analyzing to meet QCO.
Respond to machine/equipment breakdowns by diagnosing faults and therefore taking corrective actions.
Good Connection with machinic manager & dept head. And report time to time.
Ensure PPE and maintain safety legislation at workplace.
Prepare reports and update management on a regular basis.
Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
