Responsibilities & Context

• Developing new footwear and leather bag design.
• Analyzing market trends to align product offerings with customer demand.
• Managing budgets, cost control and financial planning in terms of design.
• Implementing efficient manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitoring workflow and enforcing quality control standards.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day factory operations, including production scheduling and inventory control.
• Approving materials, prototypes, and final products for production.
• Coordinating with R&D for innovation in design and functionality.
• Sourcing materials and managing relationships with suppliers.
• Exploring opportunities for export and international business.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international labour, safety, and environmental laws.
