Responsibilities & Context
- All Residential product of Building Techniques & Solutions Ltd.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right Target Group.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
- Handle every customer efficiently as a consultant and achieve sales target.
- Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.
- Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.
- Update CRM regularly.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management
