- Advanced proficiency in handling accounts and refunds related to Airlines, BSP, GDS, and LCC.
- Knowledge and skills in refund and ADM (Agency Debit Memo) handling will be preferred

About Fly Hub Travel Bangladesh Ltd:
Flyhub Travel Group is an international online travel agency (OTA) seeking experienced professionals for our Bangladesh branch to handle accounts and refunds for Airlines, BSP, GDS, and LCC. The ideal candidates will have the expertise and experience necessary to manage ticket issues, reissues, and refunds effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintained record for ticket issue, reissue, and refund.
- Manage accounts and refunds for Airlines, BSP, GDS, and LCC.
- Conduct IATA/BSP & Airlines Reconciliation.
- Communicate and present effectively with the team and clients.
- Ensure all data input is error-free with strong attention to detail
- Maintain a friendly and approachable manner, even under pressure.
