  • Should have good written and spoken English and Bangla communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of TAX and VAT.

Responsibilities & Context

Job context

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive/ Sr. Executive – Accounts to assist in our financial department. The responsibilities of an Executive/Sr. Executive – Accounts include keeping financial records up-to-date, checking for inaccuracies in invoices, and handling queries on general accounts.ยท
  • To be successful as an Executive/ Sr. Executive – Accounts, you should have knowledge of basic accounting procedures, be open to learning, and have strong communication skills. Ultimately, a quality Account Executive/ Sr. Executive should be able to achieve excellent customer service and maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
  • Check and prepare bills/vouchers of expenses and prepare the payment summary.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
  • Preparation of vouchers, cheques, BEFTN letters, etc.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure the accuracy of information.
  • Will be responsible for creating and maintaining a systematic approach to financial records maintenance through web-based software and manually.
  • Coordinated with Vendors/Suppliers/ Management department for smooth functioning.
  • Conduct the Accounts, Finance, VAT & TAX, Internal Controls, and Strategic Planning Functions.
  • Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
  • Daily follow-up, checking & reviewing of the accounting transactions.
  • Handling queries related to accounts.
