Partly qualified in CA (CACC), CMA, or ACCA will be considered as an added advantage.

Experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive/Sr. Executive – Accounts & Finance to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling daily accounting operations, supporting month-end and year-end closures, and assisting with budgeting, costing, taxation, and internal audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using accounting software/ERP.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and cash transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up for outstanding payments.
• Process vendor invoices, verify bills with supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
• Handle petty cash transactions and expense reimbursements with proper documentation.

Inventory & Cost Management:

• Coordinate with inventory and production teams to track product costing and wastage.
• Monitor stock reports and assist in variance analysis.
• Participate in physical stock counts and reconcile inventory data with accounts.

Taxation & Compliance:

• Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT, AIT, and other tax-related returns.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, company policies, and local laws.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support internal audit activities.

ERP & System Support:

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in ERP/accounting software.
• Generate customized reports as required by management.
• Identify system-related issues and work with IT/ERP vendors for resolution.

Any other tasks assigned by the management.
