Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare all types of bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.
- Ensure reconciliation and confirmation of distributor receivable balances.
- Submit credit risk analysis reports to the general sales department within the specified month.
- Prepare and submit aging reports according to the established reporting framework.
- Ensure timely adjustments for various kinds of bills, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
- Make provisions for different types of bill adjustments within the last day of the current month.
- Prepare profit and loss (P/L) statements to reflect the company’s financial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports to support management decision-making.·
- Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
