Education
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience
- 2 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm
Additional Requirements
- Executive: 2–3 years of relevant experience & Sr. Executive: 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, Photoshop.
- Strong creativity and aesthetic sense with technical accuracy.
- Good knowledge of building codes regulations and materials.
- Project coordination site supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Time management and ability to work under deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop architectural concepts drawings and designs for residential commercial and industrial projects.
- Prepare detailed layouts working drawings and 3D visualizations as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants engineers and contractors to ensure design intent is properly executed.
- Ensure compliance with building codes regulations safety and environmental standards.
- Manage project documentation BOQ preparation and approval of design changes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide design-related support.
- Assist in project planning material selection and specification preparation.
- Review and revise architectural drawings to align with functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments and management to meet project objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of design outputs within budget and quality standards.
