Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive/Sr. Executive to join our Business Development, Sales & Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market reach through planning, relationship building, and innovative sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of business development, sales, and marketing strategies, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential target markets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and delivering sales presentations.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
