Job Responsibilities:

Monitor overall activities of imports/ local purchase and avail government incentives, if any.
L/C related works which includes – corresponding with exporters, opening L/C and it’s amendments, if any.
Monitoring shipment, documents retirement from the bank and clearing goods from the ports.
Better to have knowledges regarding custom rules, import policies, SROs and import related web portals with Bangladesh Bank.
Preserve and maintain documents related to imports and exports (if any in future).
Be proactive with suppliers (Local & Foreign) for timely Supply /shipment.
In time/in advance correspondences with suppliers (local & foreign) to ensure all the required goods in the warehouse in time.
To carry out any other jobs as assigned by the Management.
