Additional Requirements

Maintain liaison with Freight Forwards, Shipping Lines, CnF Agents, Customs People, NBR Peoples, Bank/Financial Institution officials and any other related/concern government stake holding/institution peoples to enjoy the official advantage/import benefits in due diligence.
Handling all kind of L/C related Documents, Banking and insurance function & sound knowledge about HS Code ,customs clearance documents and procedure
Accepts extra duties as situations arise & works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the import process, including sourcing, procurement, and logistics. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Check Commercial invoice, packing list, details packing list, CO, BL for Import.
Maintain liaison with internal stakeholders like-Acctt, Finance, FRC, Construction, Inventory & MIS.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure alignment with the budget.
Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Stay updated on changes in trade laws, tariffs, and international trade agreements.
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of import documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the import process. Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
LC related all documentation.
