• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Commercial & SCM team. The candidate must be responsible for managing imports, procurement and supply chain operations from international markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end international sourcing, procurement and supply chain for solar and electronic products.
• Execute and monitor all aspects of Letters of Credit (L/C), T/T, shipping documents and related banking activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, C&F agents, shipping lines, freight forwarders and customs authorities.
• Ensure timely clearance of goods from ports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain vendor communication for order tracking, delivery schedules and quality assurance.
• Prepare and maintain procurement plans and cost analysis reports.
• Ensure compliance with all import regulations and relevant government policies.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and equipment.
