Responsibilities & Context

Nawar Properties Ltd. is a reputed Real Estate Developer Company located in Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka is looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of Executive/ Sr. Executive (Creative & Digital Marketing)

• Expertise on Social Media platforms marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, manage digital marketing campaigns, and YouTube marketing.

• Creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaign, including a good Graphics Designing, Video editing, Facebook boosting, web site development Knowledge.

• Creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaign, including good knowledge of developing marketing area.

• Creates necessary marketing database, email, social media advertising, and conduct advertising campaign and product photo shoots for campaign.

• Monitor competitor’ activities through print, TVC advertisements and data analysis, as well as current market performance and trends. Therefore, recommend for improvements.

• Knowledge of Create Banners, Images, Promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, Social Media, and Email Marketing.

• Must have experience on the Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Graphics Designing, Video editing, Facebook boosting, website development.

• Execute all digital marketing, including Facebook posting, post boosting, responding.

• Plan and execute all the digital marketing campaign as per company needs.

• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update company website·

• Coordinate closely with relevant teams (i.e. product sales, and Business Development) to plan and execute effective campaigns.

• Develop and manage creative digital marketing strategies·        

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
