  • Experiences in customer services from Tiles/Ceramics, Automobile & Bank Industries will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Meghna Ceramic Industries Limited (MCIL) is one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). MCIL is engaged with producing tiles for wall & floor areas of private and commercial buildings, government institutions, Mosques, etc. MCIL is pursuing excellent growth through a motivated & performance-driven team under the flagship brand named ‘Fresh Ceramics’. Currently, MCIL is searching some highly motivated, smart, proactive, young, and energetic customer service Executive/Sr. Executive for its display centre which is located in Dhaka. The incumbents will report to the department head for their duties and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all Fresh Ceramic products are in our flagship display center to increase customer access to our diverse product range.
  • Ensure delightful customer service by answering tiles-related queries.
  • Keep good relationships with clients so that they can know about our up-to-date product prices and get any product-related help.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products.
  • Prepare regular product order sheet and submit it to the reporting line head.
