Education

Responsibilities & Context
- Enter and manage customer orders, providing accuracy and timely processing of delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries as well as present information about products or services.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Prepare and manage sales documents, including quotes, contracts, and invoices.
