Customer Engagement: Respond to customer queries, comments, calls and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads to convert prospects into customers.
Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls with previous customers or leads to keep them engaged and update them about new products, promotions, or services.
Content Moderation: Monitor and review user-generated content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
Customer Support: Address customer complaints, questions, and concerns raised on social media & website.
Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on social media engagement metrics, such as likes, comments, shares, and overall sentiment.
Presenter: Video presenters take on a variety of roles depending on the content and format of the video like- Host/Anchor, Storyteller, Product Demonstrator, Educator/Instructor, Narrator & Social Media Influencer.
