Requirements

Education

BBA/ MBA in Marketing or Branding from reputed public or private University. Post Graduation diploma in Branding or Digital Marketing is highly preferable.

Experience

  • Age 20 to 45 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the Advertising Agency.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to move outside of Dhaka for Campaign and tour purpose.
  • Able to quickly understand both the management and company needs and able to adjust priorities in accordance with the management and team needs.
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge on English & MS Office.

Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover.

Oriental Group is looking for a young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive professional who has proven experiences and skills for the position of Executive/ Sr. Executive, Digital Marketing & Branding Department to promote company’s products & brands (Doors, Board, Timber Tube, Flats, Commercial Space, Lands, Interior Design, Lift, Generator and Compressor) and find out innovative & cost-effective ways to reach our target customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing plans for branding and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print & digital platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and other related team to increase the growth of company.
  • The candidate should be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts for increase in Sales.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets and collaborate with Accounts/finance staff to set and stay within budget. Prepare Marketing, Promotion & Branding plan, strategy & budget.
  • Engage the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Organize meetings/campaigns with agencies and stakeholders. Promotional plan prepare and execute.
  • Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development.
  • Be well-informed about market developments, competitor’s activities and provide feedback to the management.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
