  • Partly qualified CA and CMA from any reputed or renowned chartered accountancy firm in Bangladesh and Cost & Management Accountancy in Bangladesh

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a suitable manpower for Finance & Accounts to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of record keeping, reporting, and management processes. The successful candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and sound judgement.

  • Maintain Organizational accounts (Cash Book/ Bank Book/ledgers etc.)
  • Maintain Project accounts both manually and using accounting software independently.
  • To prepare and review various bank reconciliations and the raised discrepancy from reconciliation will be closely monitored and settled.
  • Prepare and maintain all Import related work, LC/FTT processing, and Tender Documentation.
  • Will be responsible for creating and maintaining a systematic approach to financial records maintenance through Tally- ERP software and manually.
  • Checking of monthly Back-to-Back Liabilities, Accepted Liabilities, all types of Bank liabilities, bills receivable, Stock & Inventory.
  • Establish updated accounting system and time-to-time advice to top management on various accounting issues.
  • Conduct the Accounts, Finance, VAT & TAX, Internal Controls, Risk Management and Strategic Planning Functions.
  • Any other task assigned by company management/department.
  • Maintaining accounts system in Tally software (Tally Prime)
  • Providing support in any matters time to time when required
