Additional Requirements

Control and ensure the quality of finishing and packing as per customers’ preconditions.
Conduct regular inspections of finished garments to assess quality, fit, and adherence to specifications.
Coordinate daily activities and assignments within the finishing section to optimize workflow and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Manage and train a team of quality inspectors and Staffs, fostering a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement corrective & preventive actions.
Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with the audit and pre-inspection team.
Establish and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives for the finished product.
Check daily reports, analyze, and give feedback for corrective and productive action.
Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising, production, planning, CAD and other departments.
Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and career development.
Ensures that safety, quality and maintain compliance issues.
Conduct final quality assessments prior to shipment, ensuring that all products meet customer requirements.
Perform any other tasks as assigned.
