Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic & Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating visually appealing and effective designs for various mediums, including digital and print.

Job Responsibilities:·

Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and print materials.
Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to understand design requirements and objectives.
Adherence to Deadlines: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
Software Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3D Design Proficiency (Preferred): Demonstrate expertise in 3D design software and the ability to create visually stunning 3D graphics and animations.
Typography and Layout: Demonstrate strong typography skills and an understanding of layout principles in both digital and print design.
Feedback and Revisions: Accept feedback from team members and stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.
Stay Updated: Stay informed about design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
