Job Responsibilities:

Assist all kinds of Corporate, Factory and Sales recruitment as per company procedures.

Coordinate employee job confirmation process and maintain new joiner’s database.

Assist in field force promotion assessment and yearly performance appraisal system.

Assist in preparing the training calendar as per business need.

Arrange and facilitate training & orientation programs for new joiners (Corporate, Factory & Sales).

Create and maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders for talent sourcing.

Any work as per instruction of the Management.
