Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct time & motion studies, line balancing, and method improvement.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement productivity improvement tools and techniques.
- Ensure accurate line loading plans in coordination with Production & Planning.
- Support the planning department with data-driven capacity forecasting.
- Identify and reduce non-value-added activities.
- Support management in achieving cost efficiency through effective resource utilization.
- Track material and labor wastage and propose corrective actions.
