Responsibilities & Context
- Study the worker’s efficiency and identify their strengths & weaknesses to enhance their skills.
- Ensure m/c layout to achieve the optimum productivity as outlined in Production Planning.
- Applicant must have knowledge about SMV calculation, Production & cost analysis.
- Provide productivity target (Cutting Sewing finishing etc:) and ensure physical implementation as per plan.
- Process develop to achieve the Targeted productivity.
- Input, output & hourly production monitoring & ensuring proper data-keeping.
- Prepare daily man-to-machine ratio reports.
- Set up & maintain 5S activities on the production floor.
