A reputed 100% Export Oriented RMG factory in Gazipur is going to hire the following positions :

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare Standard Minute Value (SMV) & update SMV database based on method improvement.
Reduce SMV by introducing new method development & innovation.
Modify design & layout of man, machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency.
Operator skill checking, communicate with respective cross functional teams, on corrective actions of any failure found.
Ensure functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process.
Calculate Non-Productive time (NPT) daily basis and reduce it.
Find out root cause of production problems.
Perform time study and method study to improve efficiency, quality and product reliability.
Prepare changeover report & reduce changeover time by taking necessary steps.
Bottle neck has to identified through the Yamazumi & solve it daily basis.
Should have knowledge about motion & time study.
Any other task assigned by management.
