Additional Requirements

3-6 years of experience in industrial engineering within the garment manufacturing industry, preferably in outerwear.

Prepare and design line layouts for man, machine, and materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
Cross-check the operation bulletin and develop plans for the layout.
Allocate the best operator for the most suitable process.
Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to optimize the manufacturing process, staff requirements, and production standards.
Perform SAM (Standard Allocated Minute) calculations and set production targets.
Conduct time studies, work studies, motion studies, and method studies for continuous improvement.
Monitor and control Work In Progress (WIP) for smooth production flow.
Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement solutions to eliminate them.
Develop multi-skilled operators and arrange training sessions to enhance skills.
Conduct operator interviews, evaluations, and provide visual training.
Create and maintain a skill matrix and style-wise line-related files.
Conduct capacity studies and balance the production line for maximum output.
Work closely with production personnel to establish best practices.
Coordinate with production, store, and merchandising departments to ensure smooth production processes.
Develop and implement strategies for effective process development.
