Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for all office areas WIFI networking.
- Responsible for Routing, Layer 2 Switching, Computer Troubleshooting, Network/Central Printer Setup.
- Responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits.
- Responsible to manage CCTV Software and Work System & it’s Support (will be trained).
- Responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, server system, operating systems and applications.
- Responsible for video Conferencing Devices, Multimedia Projectors, Scanners, Online UPS etc.
- Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptop.
- Responsible for providing Support to Computer User’s and Smartphone user’s (apple IOS & android) and any others hand held devices.
