Responsibilities & Context
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks.
- Able to solve any kind of hardware/software, windows program problem.
- Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot all IT
- Equipment. Router, switch and firewall. Back office and server
- maintenance.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems,
- networks, printers, and scanners. Assist IT Administrator by managing
- and updating inventory of IT equipment.
- Design, specify, configure, and install analog and digital CCTV systems.
- Experience working on IP Camera’s.
- Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems as
- needed. Support users of CCTV system.
- Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other
- hardware. Installed of different types of CCTV cameras as per drawing
- diagrams.
- Knowledge of multiple types of CCTV systems, PABX System, Sound
- system & Cabling. Should have good communication skills both in Bangla
- & English.
- Configure AD, Linux OS and ensure daily backup all server.
